Yoga Flow – This medium intensity class helps students build heat, strength and flexibility while focusing on uniting breath and body.

Power Flow –This is a fluid, athletic, powerful style of yoga that links movement and breath together. The poses are simple and easy to learn with the openness to modify or elaborate as you grow through your practice! It heals, detoxifies and exhilarates the body and mind with emphasis on movement, balance, and intention.

Peaceful Flow –-Warm up, get the heart going, and the blood moving, then stretch out every single muscle group, loosen stiff joints and slowly slip into a restorative savasana. This class is ideal for anyone wanting to work on stress-release, flexibility and balance ~ gradually and comfortably. You’ll reawaken with a refreshed sense of what is possible.

New to Yoga? – Private sessions are available to help with alignment, explanations of the foundational poses, and building the strength that will keep you safe and enjoying the more advanced yoga classes.

All Classes are “Pay-What-You-Can”

Suggested Between $10 -$20

Reservations Recommended, drop-ins welcome

10 Class Passes at the rate of $10/class may be purchased in person by cash or check
